Meet Your New Dentist

Dear patients, I am Dr. Mailis Soler, a Board-Certified Prosthodontist, and I am delighted to join this community. I’m grateful for the chance to introduce myself and share a bit about my background.

I grew up in Miami, Florida. My mother is a medical doctor and my father is a physicist. As a child, I loved music, playing violin, creative writing, and science—but I always felt a strong pull toward medicine and healthcare. That interest guided my path to Gainesville, where I spent 11 years at the University of Florida completing my Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a focus in Biochemistry, my Doctor of Dental Medicine, and finally my Master of Science with a Certificate in Prosthodontics. During dental school, I volunteered by providing free dental care at several dental clinics and outreach programs to serve patients with limited access to dental services. During my residency, I served as the surgical chief resident, gaining extensive surgical experience and supervising junior trainees.

Coming from years of practice in Palm Beach, where patients have very high standards and expectations, I was inspired by the positive outcomes and satisfaction of those I treated to pursue board certification in Prosthodontics through the American Board of Prosthodontics—a milestone that reflects my commitment to advanced training and the highest standards of care.

I chose to become a prosthodontist because I recognized the profound need to help adults and older patients regain comfort and confidence in their smiles. Life circumstances, medical conditions, and everyday challenges can lead to tooth loss, bone loss, and other advanced dental issues. As a prosthodontist, I’m passionate about providing thoughtful, personalized treatments that restore function, rebuild and rejuvenate smiles, and help patients chew, speak, and enjoy a more youthful, confident appearance.

My approach to care is centered on communication, compassion, and science-based dentistry. Every patient deserves to understand their options and feel supported throughout treatment. I am honored to serve this community and look forward to helping you achieve a healthy, confident smile.
